How is your delivery scheduled?
Our designated Delivery Company for your area will contact you by phone in advance to schedule the specific day and an estimated delivery time. White Glove service is available for an upcharge. Please note delivery is not included in the RRP and will be quoted separately. Items broken in transit will need to be photographed and emailed to email@example.com on the same day as delivery took place, so we can refund or replace broken items.
Purchases will be shipped by courier and packaged appropriately. Please leave any specific delivery details when finalising your order. At time of delivery goods must be checked before signing receipt from courier. Failure to accept delivery 30 days after initial contact by Delivery Company may result in a storage fee and/or cancellation. SR Interiors partners with our Delivery Companies to ensure the merchandise chosen is delivered with the utmost care. SR Interiors cannot accept any returns for damaged items which have been signed for on receipt of goods.
All furniture which you have paid for in full is protected by SR Interiors insurance policy until such a time as you take delivery of the goods and sign the consignment/delivery documents. Please inspect your delivery prior to accepting and signing the delivery documents. All damages or missing parts must be identified and advised immediately on receipt. Claims at any later date will not be accepted. Please make any necessary notes on the documents provided by the Delivery Company and retain a copy for your records. If the furniture arrives defective, damaged or is damaged in the delivery process, the Delivery Company will re-crate and return it to SR Interiors at no charge. If it is returned for another reason, a pickup fee and 10% restocking fee will apply. SR Interiors furniture and merchandise is packaged for domestic sale only and is not intended or packaged for export. SR Interiors is not responsible for any claims, including damaged merchandise, subsequent re-shipment from the original delivery location by any carrier, freight forwarder, or other third party. The Delivery Company does not provide storage services. In order to protect all parties, we reserve the right to refuse delivery of said merchandise if it is deemed there may be inadequate preparation.
